Camber Dental is a fee-for-service aesthetic and comprehensive care practice. We accept most out-of-network dental benefits and offer a complimentary benefits check before your first appointment.
Full payment is due at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, we contact your insurance carrier to request a benefits estimate and submit your treatment claim on your behalf. Any reimbursement your plan approves is sent directly to you.
Most out-of-network plans cover between 80% and 100% for preventive care, including exams, cleanings, and x-rays. Coverage for restorative and cosmetic treatment varies by plan. Carriers provide estimates, not guarantees, and we recommend patients contact their provider directly for the most complete picture of their benefits.
We accept most major credit cards, cash, and for patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment over time, we offer financing through CareCredit.
